Nueva Economía Fórum grants the following awards annually:
- To an institution, group or persons who have made an outstanding contribution to the basic structuring and development of our civil society.
In the 2003 edition, the award was granted to the Fathers of the Spanish Constitution.
In 2005, the price was granted to European Central Bank, to be presented to Jean-Claude Trichet, President of the ECB.
In 2006, the award was given to European Parliament, represented by its President, Josep Borrell.
In 2007, the price was granted to European Commission, to be presented to Jose Manuel Durão Barroso, President of the European Commission.
- To outstanding leadership in business, in the economy of our country and in the image of Spain, achieving relevant impact and significance on a national and international level.
In the 2003 edition, the award was granted to Florentino Pérez, President of ACS and the Real Madrid soccer team.
In 2005 edition, Rodrigo Rato, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund received the award.
2006 award was granted to Michelle Bachelet, President of the Republic of Chile
In 2008 edition, the award was granted to Angela Merkel, German Federal Chancellor
